“You’re not going to physically move things that you don’t need to.”



If it wasn’t for my baby Olivia self choosing to start travel nursing I may not be writing this. thank you. Oh what a wonderful and wild soul-finding journey it has been from leaving Nelly’s and my hometown of St. Louis, MO back in 2017 to where I am today in Rapid City, SD. I made 3-9 month stops (with the exception of Seattle, which I soaked up for 3 years) in Omaha, NE, Raleigh, NC, Kansas City, MO, Seattle, WA, Morton, WA and Montrose, CO along my way. I credit so much lot of my practice of intention to the lifestyle that travel nursing required of me (or gave me an opportunity to discover/embrace). The more you physically have to move the less you tend to bring along. because you’re not going to physically move things that you don’t need to. Questions started to formulate in my mind, Wait, so what do I really need? Could I do without the 3rd pair, 4th or 5th pair of tennis shoes? What if I just had one pair of perfect denim? Which coffee cup is my most favorite? What could I live without? And let me tell ya, once you can successfully live without something and never actually miss it, the feeling that follows is of much needed liberation. We’re all guilty of thinking that the stuff we have is somehow an indicator of our worth. As it turns out though, (and thankfully so) our true worth lies in the moments that are not defined by material possessions or modern day extravagance.


As I began to consciously travel lighter and be more intentional about my lifestyle I noticed feeling physically lighter as a result. I’m a firm believer and living proof that your environment absolutely plays a role in your energy - I have changed and adapted to many so far. The more bogged down I felt by things the more stuck I felt energetically. Your space matters, your mental load matters, all of that extra you’re carrying right now matters darling. Now imagine if what I’m saying could release you from the same feeling. Intention coaching aims to help you reclaim your energy, allowing you to dedicate more time to your personal well-being, peace, and happiness. My goal is to support women in embracing their inner lightness, helping them envision a life with less and guiding them on being intentional about what they choose to embrace in the future. 


Ready for the first step? Take a brief moment to show yourself some grace. Grace surrounding how you’ve managed it all thus far, grace for connecting to physical things, grace for carrying what isn’t yours, grace for feeling lost, grace for searching answers, grace for having that internal fire still alive inside of you.


hello inner self.  The universe believes that what you want, wants you. One more time for the ladies in the back, please - what you want, wants you. Life on the other side of something new or different can’t be known by any other means than by simply going for it. One step at a time darling. Maybe visiting this page was your first step, maybe reaching out to me will be your first step, maybe you’ll think it over for weeks and find me again & then you’ll know it’s time - as always, listen to your gut & trust what it’s telling you.
