Throughout my life's beautiful journey, I've naturally found myself in the role of a coach, extending support and encouragement to friends & family. For the past decade, I've had the privilege of being a nurse, offering guidance and coaching to patients and their loved ones during some of their most challenging moments. Being so acutely aware of the reality of how precious life truly is, it's always felt like the most beautiful way to honor that awareness was to be intentional about my choices. Living with purpose brings a sense of peace that I hope to share with you as well.
